We participated in our first Pine wood Derby yesterday (for me & the kids it was our very first ever)! The scouts decided to make it a ward event so everyone was invited to come and make a car.

Our car came in 2nd most of the time!

The final results. Maverick came in 16th overall out of 31.
I think we need to come up with a more creative name for our car next time!!

That is the most snazzy race car Maverick! It kind of looks like a olympic bobsled that zooms with wheels. I remember helping your Dad make a few pinewood derby cars. It looks like it was a super fun time. See you soon!!
